By engaging the services of JustJoeyTravels LLC (referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our"), you (the "Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your traveling party.

1. Services Provided

JustJoeyTravels LLC provides professional travel-related advisory services, which include but are not limited to, consultation, itinerary planning, and the booking of travel services on your behalf. These advisory services are distinct from the travel services (e.g., flights, hotels, cruises, tours) that are provided by third-party suppliers.

2. Third-Party Suppliers

JustJoeyTravels LLC acts solely as a booking agent and intermediary on your behalf with various third-party suppliers, including but not limited to, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other service providers ("Suppliers"). We do not own, manage, operate, or control these Suppliers.

Your contract for travel is directly with the Supplier, and their terms and conditions will apply to your booking. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of these Suppliers, their failure to adhere to their own schedules, or for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may arise from their services.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate and matches the legal names on your government-issued identification documents (e.g., passport, driver's license). This includes full legal names, dates of birth, and any other required details. Any fees or issues that arise from inaccuracies you provide are your sole responsibility.

4. Service and Planning Fees

We reserve the right to charge a non-refundable service fee for our advisory services as compensation for our time and expertise. Should a service fee be required, we will inform you of the amount and obtain your explicit agreement to the fee before any work begins. This fee is separate from, and in addition to, the cost of the travel services provided by the Suppliers.

Any service fees paid to us for our advisory services are non-refundable. Your payment of this fee signifies your acceptance of our services and is not contingent on the completion of the trip. If you cancel your trip, this fee will not be refunded.

5. Booking Payments and Confirmation

Deposits:

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Supplier.

Payments:

All payments must be received by their respective due date specified at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of any deposits or payments already made.

Price Fluctuations:

Prices are subject to change by the Supplier until the booking is paid in full and ticketed.

6. Credit Card Authorization

By providing your credit card information to us, you authorize us to use it to secure and pay for travel services with third-party Suppliers and to pay for any advisory fees you have agreed to with us. You understand and agree to the following:

General Authorization:

You authorize us to charge your credit card for the total cost of the travel services and any applicable fees as communicated to you and as detailed on your final booking invoice or itinerary.

Third-Party Transactions:

You acknowledge that the charges for the travel services will be made directly by the respective Supplier. We will use your credit card information to facilitate these bookings and will provide you with a booking confirmation that details the charges made by each Supplier.

Advisory Service Charges:

You authorize us to charge your credit card for any non-refundable service fees you have agreed to for our professional advisory services.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:

You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute without first making a reasonable and good-faith attempt to resolve the issue directly with us.

For payments processed directly by third-party Suppliers, any disputes regarding their charges must be addressed directly with those Suppliers and are subject to their terms and conditions.

7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Supplier Policies:

Cancellation, change, and refund policies and fees are set by the Suppliers and are beyond our control. It is your responsibility to understand and agree to the specific cancellation, change, and refund policies of each booking and for each Supplier.

Refund Process:

We will assist you in processing any refund requests according to the Supplier's policy, but we cannot guarantee that a refund will be issued. The timing of refunds is at the discretion of the Supplier.

Our Advisory Fees:

Any service fees paid to us for our planning, consultation, and booking services are non-refundable.

8. Travel Documents and Requirements

You assume full responsibility for obtaining and possessing all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to, a valid passport, visas, and any required health certificates or vaccination records. Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. We are not liable for any issues, including denied boarding, that result from your failure to have the proper documentation.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, travel interruptions, and Supplier issues. We offer travel insurance through third-party Suppliers, but it is your responsibility to review and accept their policy terms.

  • Purchasing travel insurance is not required to buy any other products or services offered by us.

  • Our employees are not licensed insurance agents.

  • Unless individually licensed, our employees are not qualified or authorized to answer technical questions about insurance benefits or evaluate your existing insurance.

  • Travel insurance plans may only apply to the covered trip.

  • You may have coverage from other sources that provide similar benefits to the offered travel insurance but may be subject to different terms and conditions.

  • You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your existing life, health, home,and automobile insurance policies. If you have questions about your current coverage, contact your insurance provider.

10. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer for Third-Party Suppliers:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustJoeyTravels LLC shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from:

Acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of Suppliers

Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or other Suppliers

Acts of God, unforeseen events, civil unrest, terrorism, or pandemics

Disclaimer of Liability for Advisory Services:

While we strive to provide accurate and knowledgeable advice, all recommendations and information we provide are based on our professional judgment and available resources. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or loss from a client's reliance on our advice, including but not limited to, changes in travel conditions, Supplier policies, or unforeseen events. We are not an insurer and are not responsible for any financial losses you incur from such events.

Cap on Liability:

Our liability to you for any claim, regardless of the cause, is limited to the total fees you paid for our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustJoeyTravels LLC from any and all claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from your actions or omissions, including any claim made against us by a third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services or making a booking with JustJoeyTravels LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
